Mark your diaries! The pawsome Saltdean Lido Dog Swim is back this September and we’re thrilled to be the sponsors.

Over three weekends (11-26 September) at the lido, near Brighton, pooches and their owners will be able to swim in the main pool and splash around in the paddling pool, plus there’s a water slide for adventurous dogs, water jets and a grass lawn to dash around on. Be sure to book your tickets quickly for this family friendly event as they sell out fast!

“It’s the sheer joy that makes this annual dog swim so special,” says organiser Jules Shepherd. “Everyone walks in smiling, but leaves grinning.

“We see every size and breed, from Newfoundlands to Chihuahuas. People love it! Dog owners and their families travel from all over the country, including London, Dorset, Manchester and the Midlands,” says Jules. “One year, someone even flew over from Hawaii after reading about it. We’ve had coverage in the Sunday Times and in newspapers around the world in far-flung places you could never imagine!”
